Quick answers

Frequently asked.

How early do I need to order a custom cake?

We ask for at least 48 hours notice for custom ice cream cakes. For weddings or large events (50+ scoops), a week is more comfortable. Call us at (310) 555-1234 to get started.

Do you cater events?

Yes! We love weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, and anything in between. Minimum 30 guests. We set up a mobile sundae bar with 3–6 flavors of your choice, cones, toppings, and a team of servers.

Can I book the parlor for a private event?

Absolutely. Our parlor holds up to 40 guests comfortably, and we offer private buyouts after 8pm on weekdays. Birthday parties, bridal showers, office parties — we’ve hosted them all. Email hello@sweetscoop.com for pricing.

Where are you located? Is parking easy?

We’re at 287 Sycamore Lane in Sunset Heights, right across from the park. Street parking is free on weekends; there’s a public lot one block east on Magnolia. We’re a 2-minute walk from the Sunset Heights Metro station.

Do you deliver?

Yes — via DoorDash and Uber Eats within 5 miles. Pints travel best; cones and sundaes are pickup-only. For catering and custom orders, we drop off in our refrigerated van.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, in any amount. Digital cards are emailed instantly; physical cards can be picked up at the parlor, beautifully stamped. Gift cards never expire.
